In Lovely condition with no chips or cracks!
A Bit of History: Cloisonné is a decorative art technique that involves creating designs on metal using colored glass paste and metal strips or wires.
The technique originated in Turkish culture and was elevated to high art by the Chinese during the Ming Dynasty.
